Depending
on your energy level and reactions to the fasting process, we will
visit local nature preserves to view Florida wildlife, Japanese Museum
and Gardens, art museums, upscale shops, mountain trail bike in the
Everglades and see an historical museum in Delray Beach.
I
will be right
here with you making sure that you are comfortable, providing you
with delicious juices, broth and tea.
You will be encouraged to get plenty of outdoor activity
in good weather, along with evening reading, meditating and learning
how to make the necessary changes to develop a better relationship
with yourself. Each day you will witness yourself going through an
amazing process of transformation, affecting the way you see yourself
and live your life.
We provide books, DVD's, and music to make the atmosphere supportive
during your fast.
I
will teach you about true health from a very basic point of view....simple
foods, simple exercise and simply caring about yourself.
I will explain everything from …. why
organic foods are better for you, and why your toothpaste, laundry
detergent or your unbalanced lifestyle may be giving you headaches.....or
worse… a serious disease. The self-cleansing process may be a way
to reconfigure your relationship with food.
