VIP Program includes airport limo pick up and drop off, Far Infrared Sauna/Thai Massage, 1 Acupuncture Diagnosis and Treatment , 2 month supply of herbal teas from Teazen Tea Shop in Delray Beach for your specific needs, a foot reflexology treatment just before bed on two evenings, private breathwork and a one hour life coaching session with Jill Schneider, Director of Circle of Life Holistic Programs.

Depending on your energy level and reactions to the fasting process, you and I will visit local nature preserves to view Florida wildlife, Japanese Museum and Gardens, art museums, and, if you are up to it, mountain bike in the Everglades (winter only). 

 

I will be right here with you making sure that you are comfortable and secure in the fasting process, providing you with delicious juices, broth and tea. You will be encouraged to get plenty of outdoor activity in good weather, along with evening reading, meditating and learning how to make the necessary changes to develop a better relationship with yourself. Each day you will witness yourself going through an amazing process of realization, affecting the way you see yourself and live your life.  I provide books, DVD's, and music to make the surroundings very supportive of your healing.

 

I will teach you about true health from a very basic point of view....simple foods, simple exercise and simply caring about yourself.  I will explain everything from …. why organic foods are better for you, and why your toothpaste, laundry detergent or your unbalanced lifestyle may be giving you headaches.....or worse… a serious disease. The most important thing to understand is that this is an opportunity for a shift of awareness about your relationship with yourself.  

 

Check out this reading list. You and I will discuss all of this on the phone. My clients who really follow the directions recommended have a much easier time of it....such as less headaches, more energy, and greater weight loss.  Typically, if you allow me to help you prepare, you will lose weight before the fast and then a lb per day on the actual juice fast.

Parliament Inn - Lovely studios, one bedrooms, one block from the ocean. Their prices are listed on their site. 

Cranes Beach House - High end suites near the ocean.  Always mention Circle of Life and you will get our Corporate Rate.  $127 - $159 per night. (April - December) $179-$245 per night. (January - March)  Check in is 3:00 pm and check out is 12:00 noon.
