What else will we be doing? Jill responds....
We will be right here with you making sure that you are comfortable and secure in the fasting process, providing you with delicious juices, broth and tea. You will be encouraged to get plenty of outdoor activity in good weather, some local sightseeing, coaching, meditating and learning how to make the necessary changes to develop a better relationship with yourself.
 Each day you will witness yourself going through a transformational process of realization, affecting the way you see yourself and live your life. In the evening, we provide books and DVD's, to learn even more about the process of healing yourself.
We will teach you about true health from a very basic point of view....simple foods, simple exercise and simply caring about yourself. I will explain everything from …. why organic foods are better for you, and why your toothpaste, laundry detergent or your unbalanced lifestyle may be giving you headaches.....or worse… a serious disease. The most important thing to understand is that this is an opportunity for a shift of awareness about your relationship with yourself.
