• 1967 Master Teachers Summer Program of The British Infant School from Leistershire, England

• Elementary and Nursery School Teacher for ten years in New York, Caribbean, India, Florida and Texas from 1966-1995.

• 1973 studied Raja Yoga in Hardwar, India with Maharaji.  Regular commitment to his Knowledge.

• 1975 studied Hatha Yoga with Swami Satchitananda in New York and Venezuela

• 1988 Educating Hands School of Massage, Miami, FL. 

• Post Graduate Massage Therapy Training includes: Barefoot Shiatsu, Acupressure, Deep Tissue, Reflexology, Neuromuscular, TMJ Inter-Oral Management, Aromatherapy,  NLP, Therapeutic Touch, Parma Training, Intuitive Neuromuscular Therapy, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome Massage, and Slipstream Therapy.

• 1986-90 Student of Len Watson, LMT, Colonic Therapist, "Master Faster" and Raw Foodist.  Did a 21 day juice fast supervised by Mr. Watson.  Have continued yearly fasts since 1986.

• 1989 Student of Shizuko Yamamoto - Master of Japanese Barefoot Massage

• Student of Dr. Gregory Antyuhin - MD of Russia - Intuitive Medical Healer - 1998 Trained in Energy Medicine working with the Human Energy Field

• 1999-2000 Student of Er Mei Qi Gong with Bob Arel and Master Foo in Delray Beach, FL

• 2000 - Founded Circle of Life Holistic Programs - began a website and private juice fasts.

• 2003 - Student of Qi Gong with Acupuncture Physician, George Love.

• 2004 - Studied horseback riding with Julie Dirico.  

• 2004 - Studied Raw Food Education with Chef Pete Cervoni and Chef Eric Rifkin

• 2007 - On Going Study of Shamanic Healing in Mexico with Alejandro Segura, Hispanic Shaman.  Guiding people on juice fasting vacations in the mountains of Central Mexico.
