This personal program with Jill will include the following in this  3 hour session.
  • 2 hour consultation - Putting all the facts on the table and creating a plan for change.  Suggestions on the best juicer for you, recipes, information guidance, research of your issues from a holistic perspective.  Everything from juice fasting, colon hydrotherapy referrals, raw food and/or vegetarian, what to eat in a restaurant.....and much more.
  • 1 hour massage of advanced bodywork and energy healing (FL Lic 9313).  Without relaxation and the understanding of the body that you live in, you can't help yourself to better health and vitality.. 
  • Support: Daily E-mails and follow up daily phone calls for 2 weeks.
